Online payments are handled by our third-party payment provider, InvoiceCloud. When you pay online you are directed to their secure portal, and your card or bank information is processed under their privacy and security practices — Walcott Mutual does not store your full payment-card details.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to service your policy — for example with your independent agent, our reinsurer Grinnell Mutual Reinsurance Company, and service providers who help us operate — or where required by law.
